This Performance Audit on the linkage and access of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to sources of finance and other resources by the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The mandate is amplified by section 109(d) of the Financial Regulation (2009), which requires the Auditor-General to carry out value for money (performance) audit to ascertain the level of the economy, efficiency and effectiveness derived from Government projects and programmes.
